Shelf Life: 3 years

Uses in Formulation:

  • Hardening agent for candles, lotions, bar soaps, balms and salves [Stearic Acid is a similar hardening agent]
  • Thickener for oil-based serums

Usage Rate: 1-8%, up to 100% [Beeswax helps harden lotions, candles and soaps]

  • Candles: up to 100%
  • Cold Process Soaps: 1-3% of your oil weight OR 1-8% of weight of your overall recipe
  • Balms: Add beeswax in equal weights/volume as the oil and/or butter
