Formulation Notes:

• D-Panthenol Powder can be cold- or hot-processed, depending on whether the formulation requires heat or not
• You can also pre-dissolve it in some water before adding to a formulation
• Add Panthenol Powder to the heated water phase of your formulation and stir until it dissolves
• Panthenol Powder can be formulated without heat.
• For Formulations that do not require heat, D-Panthenol Powder can be added to the cool-down phase or to cold/ cool water
• Ideal PH range in Formulations: Hydrous formulations with Panthenol Powder are stable within pH range of 3.5 to 7, with pH 6 as the optimal
• If heating, add Panthenol around not more than 40 °C, or heat to 40 °C for a short period.
